Uncover Your Ideal Career Path and Rediscover Your Passion with the Self-Directed Search (SDS)
Feeling lost or unfulfilled in your current career? The Self-Directed Search can help you find your way. The SDS is a widely-respected, self-administered, online assessment that helps individuals explore their interests and match them with suitable occupations. Use the SDS to uncover your true interests and match them with fulfilling career options.
Gain clarity on your interests, skills, and personality, and how they align with specific occupations. This self-discovery allows you to confidently pursue a career that truly excites and motivates you.
Upon completion, you are provided with a customised report and summary code that reflects your skills and interests, and corresponds with a list of occupations matched to those characteristics. It also produces an aspirations summary code – a customised code based on the occupations you dream most about.
