my coaching approach

My preferred coaching approach when working with clients is the Mindfulness-Acceptance Commitment (MAC) approach. This approach blends elements from the fields of sport, performance, and positive psychology. It supports people to improve their performance through mindfulness, enhanced attention, acceptance, and commitment to values-guided action.
